Thank You for considering my repair service as an opportunity to save yourself hundreds of dollars repairing your Hayward/Goldline Chlorine Generator. I have been working on these boards for several years and know these boards inside out. I have the professional grade soldering equipment, oscillocopes and skills to repair and thoroughly test your board, ensuring that each customer is satisfied with the service. Repairs are normally completed within 2 business days of receipt (often the same day). It will ship the next business day on USPS Priority Mail back to you. While your board is not working, manually add chlorine to the pool with granular chlorine shock or with chlorine tablets in a floater to keep some chlorine in the pool. Keep the pH balanced and the chlorine around 3 to 5 and your pool will be fine until your board is re-installed. If you are sending a Pro Logic board, you may need to have an electrician jumper your pump so that you can keep the pool circulating (this really only applies during the summer). Another option is to simply cover the pool, algea can not grow without sunlight!
This sale is for a REPAIR to YOUR Aqua Rite, NatureSoft, Mineral Springs, SmartPure, AquaLogic , Hayward, Goldline or ProLogic system board that you mail to me. The board pictured as the product will not be sent to you.
Just turn your power off, take pics (for yourself) of where all the wires were connected to the board, remove everything connected to the board, remove any plastic supports from the board including ones supporting the display, send your display if you suspect issues with it (the display is not required though), package it well and send it to me with the error you are receiving on your system.
The best shipping option for the GLX-PCB-Rite is the USPS Priority Mail By Weight 7β X 7β X 6.5β Cube box. The box is free from your post office and will cost around $10.00 to ship with tracking and $50.00 insurance included.
The best shipping option for the GLX-PCB-Main or GLX-PCB-Pro is the USPS Priority Mail Regional A box. The box is free from your post office and will cost around $15.00 to ship with tracking and $50.00 insurance included.
You are offered an option (on the return shipping at checkout) to pay extra for insuring the board for it's full retail value, I've never lost a board with the USPS but this is still a prudent option to protect yourself from the unexpected need to purchase a new board at $350.00 or more.
In some rare cases the system boards are too damaged to be repaired, if this is the case I will notify you and you can decide if you want it shipped back to you at your expense, I will then refund your payment to you, minus the return shipping. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO REPAIR YOUR ORIGINAL BOARD WHEN POSSIBLE! There are compatibility and firmware issues to be considered when purchasing used system boards so itβs best to fix yours. Feel free to email [email protected] a photo of your board if you think that your board may be too damaged to repair, I may still be able to salvage it for you.
